The Hot Box Detox (HBX) infrared sauna was an idea born out the need to create better usage of a small amount of space within a spa or health club facility. The 7’ x 9’ HBX footprint is the right space to allow for three customers to workout together within the infrared sauna. With the 30-minute HBX workout program, the spa or club owner can offer small group fitness in an innovative, hot yoga style studio. Many spas and gyms install multiple HBX units side by side to allow for more variety beyond one training schedule.
