Radiant Hot Workouts in Vegas!
The best type of heat for working out is radiant heat, hands down. Radiant is another name for infrared. Radiant heat is infrared heat.
The best way to describe infrared heat is to ask if someone has ever experienced the heat outdoors in the middle of the summer out west in a place like Las Vegas. Sometimes the heat outside, in the afternoon, gets up to 120 Fahrenheit during July in Vegas.
Las Vegas heat is very dry, though. The dry heat out west is much easier to breathe than the humid heat in, let’s say New Orleans where I live. Dry, radiant, or infrared heat is far superior to steam, or heat from an old school convection heater for a workout environment. Summertime in Vegas is the most comparable natural heat environment for what you can expect inside of a Hot Box Detox sauna for an isometric workout.
I always love to put my Skullcandies on and run like a maniac outside when I’m in Vegas during the summer.
“Infrared (IR) or Radiant Heating is a form of heat energy transfer from an infrared radiant energy source.” engineersedge.com
One such source is an infrared heater inside of a sauna.
“Another way to understand radiant infrared energy is that warming effect given by one standing in sunlight on a cold day. The reason one feels warmth is that the sun is an infrared energy source.” engineersedge.com If you are standing in the sun in Las Vegas, however, it doesn’t have to be a cold day to feel this warming effect.
I would like to invite you to try the radiant heat in Las Vegas first hand this July17-20 at the Linq Hotel for the first annual Hot Box Detox Conference! See the flyer for details and click here to register.
Come try the HBX sauna at the conference and compare the heat in the HBX sauna to the summer heat in Vegas. Don’t miss the fun. It will be one Hot Conference!
